The Six Foundations of Health!

Hi I’m Kelly Lynch, thanks for joining us.

How would you feel if I told you that today is all about you?

How are you feeling right now? Well, how about feeling sensational?

I’m going to share with you how to be just that… sensational!

  • Q) So firstly, are you aware that there are six components to a healthy being? The Six Foundations of Health. 
  • Q) What are they I hear you ask? Thoughts, breathing, hydration, food, exercise and rest. And each one of these plays an integral part to feeling the benefits of holistic health.

  • Thoughts - healthy thoughts means a healthy you
  • Breathing - notice and change you’re breathing and you ‘will’ change your life
  • Hydration - drinking water regularly keeps your system hydrated and supportive
  • Food - quality & quantity, it’s all about organics and eating only what you ‘really’ need
  • Exercise - how about this one!!! Less is more, now that’s a first and let’s get started from the inside out
  • Rest - quality sleep in a restful environment

Starting from the inside out is what it’s all about. Just like a house needs a strong foundation to build something magnificent, you also need a strong foundation structurally, physically and spiritually to build the house of you! The wisdom within the six foundations will give you the insight to feel even better no matter where you might be living right now.

Health and feeling good should be effortless and fun. The closer we come to choosing things in their natural state the closer we come to aligning ourselves to our own natural state. So, take a moment and ask your self which of the six foundations of health in my life are close or in alignment with their natural state? Remember our life is meant to be playful, expressive and alive and if you’re not feeling so hot right now it may only take a slight tweak or realignment to get you back on track!

So let’s give this a shot…

Take 10 minutes out of your day to align the six foundations closer to you, try it on for a while and experience your renewed energy. Have fun with it; enjoy the ride as you get to feel even more of you… and fall in love with life again!
